The Cooler Master Elite 110 ITX case is a Mini-ITX case - and that Biostar H81MHV3 is a Micro-ATX board. It will not fit (unless you have a big hammer)! You need a mATX case or larger for that motherboard... Or a Mini-ITX motherboard for that case.
