Doesn't matter if IE follows the model or not... They are by far the #1 browser.... therfore... they win.
From NWT -
82.9% IE
15.0% Netscape
Those two, like BB here, account for 97.9% of all my visitors, therefore how much time is spent optimizing for 2.1%??? |
