This sucks for the future innovation and competition...Oh, and lawyers will continue to get paid for this, because it ain't over. I'm sure Samsung will appeal.

I'm not saying Samsung wasn't totally guilty, but a lot of what the case was about was pretty much "common sense" type stuff. Samsung did hurt themselves though with the document that specifically said to change feature x to be exactly like the iPhone. |
