No, get the new AMD 8 core I heard itz p0wnz!
On a side note, I have used a few MSI MB's, and always find them... "odd" don't know what it is about them, but I always seem to have just odd things on a PC that uses them. I've been hearing some real good things about ASRock lately, and as a matter of fact have an older one that is currently running my firewall... It's been running 24/7 for 3+ yrs now.
