So... left the old host after evaluating the new for a few months in development...

I was very impressed by the 30 minute or so response time on help tickets with the new host, even on minor questions that I indicate as being low priority...

Just as a test, I sent the old host one last help ticket today... only set it to medium priority, but the subject was "Cancel my account"... figured that would get their attention. I guess it did 5 HOURS later they answered... and asked for confirming information, most of which I provided in my initial note. 5 hours isn't bad for them, I guess... Some would remain unanswered for days, and I'd cancel them... one was open for weeks, and THEY cancelled it.

Here's to hoping the new ( www.midphase.com ) is far better than the old ( www.lunarpages.com ).
