Yeah, usually anything that comes with a cheap case is junk, with a few exceptions.
I bought an Antec (ChenMing) SLK2600AMB from newegg that came with an Antec 300W Smart Power PSU. I haven't built the system yet, but the last 300W Smart Power I used was ok. It's good enough for this super budget comp at any rate.
