I don't know about the cases, but the power supplies are half-decent. I have one in one of my computers. The line noise is above acceptable standards, but that's to be expected.
For cheap power supplies, I've found that the Allied 400W-500W PSUs that newegg has are very good for the price ($28 for a 400W).
