First off Welcome to Big Bruin.
Could be many things. You might try reseating the heat sink again maybe it is not sitting flush on the CPU core. You could have used to much thermal compound. Too much is worse than not enough. Also did you follow the guide correctly? Are you sure the bottom of that heat sink is perfectly flat? |
