3 diffrent readings for a same clock speed from 3d mark 05 project manager page, rivatuner monitor, and from the nVidia controls

i do have 77.76 running, and b4 i found out abou this, i had Vedio Playback problem, which happend Probebly because i had 77.72, all the colors were no right, then i updated to 77.76, it fixed it,
