I got my non-oem laser toner from them. Works just as good as the stuff ...

4GB of RAM DDR 1, 2, or 3? You probably would need to upgrade to DDR2 or 3.

Any Intel Duo CPU would be an upgrade.

I will let someone else chime in on the MB recommendation.

It would be a pretty big upgrade for me, but only 2 USB ports on the front? Did I read that right? You can never have too many USB ports.
