memory says it is running at 800 mgz in the bios.. but cpu-z says it only is 400? and my voltage on the core is 1.280

i got a striker extreame mobo. q6600 cpu.. i got it oc to 2.89.. if i go any higher it wont boot. Sad... i got 2 gigs of pny 800 ram.. 850 watt antec power supply.. zalman 9700 heatsink....8800gt vide ...
