your system looks uber cool. if only it booted up.
must be leaks or electrostatic discharge or even overflow of thermal paste that can be capacitive if in contact with the pins. |

the least upgrade is 8800gt on 1078x768 there may be hickups but go for vista ultimate sp1 64bit and upgrade ram to at least 4gb.
if your system can run crysis very high then it can run the latest ... |
