No these are not overclocking temps. After the computer has been on awhile though the temps go up I realized. Intel says now 48-46, while core temp 47-44

| OK I did the thermal paste over, removing the heatsink and cpu to spread it evenly and thinly. I then realized the heatsink fan was blowing air towards the front of the case when it should be blowing ... |

WOW ok i took down my current settings in bios, i'm going to thoroughly clean the comp and do a brief check on the cpu heatsink.
CIE enhanced halt state: enabled
