Reason being I dont own a optical mouse, but it is fully compatible and i dont need to tell you but if you were really intrested in buying one you would see on their site that they are compatible.

| review was quite good but it sounded like you didnt do a test with a optical mouse with this mouse mat, which is unusual as most people use optical mice now and alienware only gives optical mice away ... |
