It's best if its oriented to blow air towards an exhaust fan in the rear.

I've got a thermaltake tsunami case, mid tower, it has a side 80mm fan in the side panel, thats probably the only thing that may get in the way, i dont have an issue removing it though.

VistA actaully has more approved drivers at release than XP did.
