Zen Vision:M Installation

I'm trying to connect my Zen Vision:M for the first time(being trying for a
few days now). After I install the software(Media Explorer and Creative
Source Organiser) from the Installation Disc, I then connect my Zen Vision:M
to my Computer. Up pops the Welcome to the Found New Hardware Wizard with
This wizard helps you install software for:
MTP Device
If your hardware came with an installation CD. Insert it now.
When I click on Next, after the wizard searches I get this,
There was a problem installing this hardware:
MTP Device
An error occurred during the Installation of this device
the specified service does not exist as an installed service.
In Zen Vision:M Media Explorer It says Your player is not connected.Please
connect your Zen vision:M to the computer. My Windows Updates are all up to
date and My PC is Windows XP MCE 2005 with service pack 2. I have tried to
uninstall and reinstall in Device Manager but no change.
Has anbody had this problem? I have searched everywhere with no answer.

im running the model before the vision and never had any issues... i didnt install any software or anything... did you try downloading the software from creatives website and running that? also pull up windows media player when the device is hooked up click on sync and see if it can see the player even though its not installed
