This looks like a lawsuit!

Got an e-mail with some company, Wide Shine, trying to sell me their new MP3 player...

Extremely similar specs, and just look at the pics... Even has an apple on the packaging!

Yea, lawsuit just waiting to happen...

ALthough the company will try to argue, their "apple" is different. Not bite out of it, and two leaves, not one.

It won't be around for long, would imagine it'll be off the market real fast...

They have some decent other products, they could be doing it just for the publicity of a possible lawsuit.

Yea, they do have some nice different things. Wouldn't mind getting some of them for us to check out Wink

The USB Flash drive bracelet is a neat idea, as well as the USB hub/mouse pad.

They have been e-mailing me things to buy, like I was a distributor (high quantities), for a long time now. I asked for review samples once and didn't get a response.
