I haven't really been paying attention to the computer related sections of the forum, so I don't know if there *are* any Linux users hanging around, but whatever.

I just got Enlightenment DR17 today and it is teh cait saix. It's so smooth, clean, and actually faster then my bare-minimum PekWM setup. For not even being released yet, it's pretty impressive.

I've tried pretty much every window manger/graphical desktop/whatever when I felt bored with whatever I was using at the time, and this is the best thing I've ever used despite lacking some stuff right now.

Screen shots don't really do it justice, there are (or at least can be) animated effects everywhere. I would be using Xorg transparency, but my computer is too slow to handle real transparency.

Here's my screen shot (using an Aqua theme on the GTK2 stuff):

I can't wait until it's further along!

Looks like a pretty clean wm.

The only Linux systems I've been using lately are my WRT54g routers and a Debian box I'm experimenting with FreeRadius on. The routers are strictly cli and my Debian box is using KDE (bloated), but I'm more interested in getting Freeradius working with eap_tls and mysql right now. Once things are running to my liking I may just kill xwindows anyway.

Glad to see you're still using Linux Smile

Yeah man, I've been using it as my sole OS since shortly after I got those slack discs from you.

I switched to gentoo after moving back to florida and getting cable.

I've yet to give this one a shot. Probably will soon, though.
