for me it was one of two . i just can't decide .

it is between working at a egg noodle factory -and the smell of rotten egg yoke. that came in metal cans and had to be pored into the batter . on a hot summer day .
(easy work just the smell of egg yoke )

or

filling a semi of styrafoam beads (used for bean bag chairs ) in the middle of winter .and the bags were on the ground covered in snow and you had to uncover them by walking around and finding them .then tossing them into a semi trailer .and it was like 10 degrees out and the wind was blowing like crazy . not only that but i was a kid and was in gym shoes . took hours to load that truck . i walked off the job on that one it was so cold and nasty . and was offer a ride by some others that said screw it to .

Working in a plastics factory. Spent two weeks trimming some plash off a piece of dashboard trim, by myself with only a radio. Gave me plenty of time to think though.

All but one of my Temp/ManPower jobs except one were crappy. the only good one was when I setup and monitored communication facilities at the XXV Superbowl in Tampa during the first Gulf War. Got a special recognition pin from GTE and NFL for working it.

but my crappiest was working for Hunt-Wilde making rubber bicycle and tool grips in a hot and humid factory in Tampa. Minimum wage 3rd shift with hot equipment. Had to trim and box the grips as the came out of the molds.

If you have some 13-14 year old tools, bikes or whatever with rubber grips-look at them to see if it has "Hunt-Wilde" in a small square near one end of it, I may have made it. lol

Well I'd have to say my worst job was the end of my MCI/Worldcom carer. I ended up getting stuck in a NOC watching monitors, doing nothing a trained monkey couldn't do, all while dealing with an A-Hole boss and a bunch of in-fighting amongst all the monkeys. (I wish they had just laid me off instead of doing me the "favor" of moving me into that job)

Lifeguard... I got sunburned every freakin time I worked. The kids were all brats who wouldn't follow the rules. Old skanky men hit on me all the time. My boss was a feel-good hippy who thought it necessary to do employee bonding activities weekly... need I say more?

3rd shift operator sucked. All I had to do was watch a bigass printer and make sure it was fed with paper and occasionaly change a reel-to-reel tape (the ten inch kind). Hated it. Was boring, not challenging and the 'boss' liked to check in every now and again just to be sure you weren't asleep cause there was nothing else to do.

I would have to say that being a manager at a Meijer store was really bad. I eventually had to quit because I knew I was going to be the next one accused of stealing. Pi$$ poor management (pardon the french) and just horrible people above me made it hell.

being an Account Rep for a Rent-to-Own company...really worked out to be a repo man. My route was the really nice Section 8 Neighborhood.

I soon found out why our health benefits kicked in on day 1.
