I'm a newbie to Linux and I was wondering how one would go about installing apps in Linux. I downloaded Firefox 1.0.4 and can't get any of the install files to open up. I think I have to many Windows habits and that that is my main problem. If anyone can tell me how to install Firefox in Linux I would greatly appreciate it. I know you have to do something with the tarball but I don't know what. I am using Ubuntu Linux if that make a difference. Thanks all! Bang Head Confused Mad Censored
