Anybody know where I can get one? The fan siezed up and the card overheats quickly now....

No luck at newegg.

Come to think of it, if anybody has a 60mm or so small cpu fan that might work. I'll just strap it to the existing heatsink....

A fan off the AMD stock heatsinks should work fine.

If you have any small heatsinks with the little wimpy fans that would work great. (Like a 1GHz amd duron cooler)

It is for my GeForce 4 Ti-4200 64mb
