Anyone here use the item named above?

I really like the idea of my display spanned acrossed (3) monitors. ..gaming, CAD-E, multi-tasking, etc..

Any pros/cons to the piece of equipment mentioned above?? I still haven't settled on the VGA card(s) that I intend to use, but the graphics unit will be at least a 7900GT or higher - possibly SLI as well.

On the monitor end, I'm thinking (3) 19" low responce (<8ms) LCD's. Still weighing out in my mind the aspect ratio (widescreen or standard) and native resolutions I would need/want.

Why can't you just use nVidia's software to have a triple-head setup and skip this extra hardware?

And Viewsonic VX922 19" LCD monitor works great for me. 2ms response time Smile .

From my experience, using multiple heads on the card(s) creates a major hit in performance. Where as I'm hoping the Triple Head unit doesn't have the same or as much of a hit.

The card will think theres only one monitor(a really wide one), and the Matrox unit spanning the output across the 3 LCD/CRTs.
