The mainstream OCZ VX500 SSD from Toshiba falls between the RD400 and the value-oriented TR150; with 15nm MLC Flash and capacities up to 1TB, the VX500 does also come with 5 years of warranty and an endurance between 74 and 592 TBW (Terabytes Written, based on JEDEC standard).
