In the spotlight today is the ASUS STRIX GTX 1080. ASUS has taken this Pascal-based card, applied a significant factory overclock to its Base/Boost Clock, dropped on their much loved DirectCU III cooling solution and decked the front and reverse with Aura RGB LED lighting. The NVIDIA’s Founder’s Edition of the GTX 1080 has already had a few blips with fan speeds jumping to 3000RPM and Base Clocks throttling back after ~30 minutes of usage – today, we’ll be analysing this STRIX card to see if those discrepancies exist. vortez.net |
