Well, its become my new hobby so I thought I'd share with everyone....
Here's a video click me
Right now I'm estimating ~270 rwhp with a best run thus far in the 1/4 mile of 13.3 @ 104.1 mph.
My initial goal for this car: Run mid-low 12s.... then I'm sure I'll want it to go faster... and faster.... and...

Yes, very nice.
Maybe someday you might look to your left or right and see me and the SS winking back at you.
I'm figuring mid 12's w/o the 150 shot of NAWZ!!!!
*course it sits in garage with the motor 6 feet away on a stand so its easy to assume* |

Ha...
This will be an ongoing project for sure....
Gotta determine if i want to stick with this 302 (stroke it to a 347) go to a 351 (and leave it be?) or stroke it to a 427? Or just bite the bullet and go for 450cu inches??? _________________ - Jim |

bummer man
i figure i got 400+ ft/lbs torque 2,000 rpm
and ~265 hp at the rw.... not bad for a completely stock block with 7 lbs boost....
anyhow i noticed since i got the car the clutch had been slipping, i brought it to the track last thurs. and it totally smoked on me...
today i tore her down..... removed x-pipe, driveshaft, trans, bellhousing, clutch....
now, who wants to let me review a centerforce dual friction clutch, frpp flywheel.... etc. ....
Jason, can you hook me up? LOL _________________ - Jim |

i sold my king cobra clutch for $50, it had alot of meat left on it, but had scorch marks from break torquin it at the track probably.
what brand centrifugal blower do you have?
my buddy Mike has a 91LX Hatch on stock block and rotating assembly. he has ported edelbrock performer heads, ported and modded GT-40 intake, 50lb injectors, Anderson PMS, bla bla bla, and a Vortech S-Trim that makes 18psi of boost. his car runs 10.40's at like almost 130mph i do believe. _________________ Main rig
