FYI for those of you in the Battlefield Heroes Beta, they have recently added a new map "Costal Clash" along with some interesting features:

Finding and joining friends in-game
Leader boards to compare stats with others
Profiles allowing you to strut your stuff

Not to mention you can get a quick 200 Battlefunds as well.
