Here are the basics:
» ASUS K8N-DL Motherboard Socket 940 motherboard
» 2x Opteron 270 Processors (Effectively "Quad Core" with two 2.0 GHz Dual Core CPUs)
» 2x Thermalright Ultra-90 Coolers with Panaflo fans
» 3GB (6 modules) of PC3200 DDR REG Memory in dual channel mode
» Black PATA CDROM
» ATI Radeon x600 PCI Express graphics
» 630W Rosewill power supply
» Enermax server tower chassis (mostly tool-less, has seven locations for 80mm fans with four installed, heavy steel)
Notes:
» There is no software or operating system included.
» There are no hard drives included.
» The system is heavy, and shipping might not be cheap.
Known issues:
» The chipset cooling fan header on the motherboard does not work, so I simply use a different header to power that fan.
» The two SATA data connections on the edge of the board still work, but are cracked and might be temperamental. Considering there are two SATA controllers with 8 connections all together, I just didn't use these two. Could always add a PCI-E or PCI controller, too.

This was built to take over as the Bigbruin.com web server about 2 years ago... Never got around to finding a colocation host for it, and it has been simply sitting in my laundry room running Folding@Home for most of this time.
