What will you do with them? Good question. I suppose I'll ignore them.

I have had a quad core (dual dual-core AMD Opteron) server for a while, simply because I thought I would host myself on it. Now it just folds. And this past week I got my first single processor quad-core solution. Not sure why, other than it wound up being an even trade for something I didn't want any more... Laughing

Yea, not really that interested. Dual is nice, and it's useful. I think for most of us Quad is over kill, but at the price.. why not. 6 Though.... guess it makes for better folding.......

I haven't gone to a Quad core yet, so I don't see myself being to interested in a 6 core chip anytime soon...................Wink

For the amount of use I'm getting out of the extra 2 cores on my Quad I might as well have an E8400 clocked up.

I really don't see me jumping on a 6 core cpu when support for the Quad is so slow coming.
