As y'all get to know me better you will realize just how software challenged I am.
Anyway........ in wanting to play with my HD3870 and heard the plus and minuses of ATI Tools and RivaTuner. Now my question, is it possible to use both? If so anything special I need to do? |

I've had them both running at the same time before, RivaTuner for the OC'ing part and ATI Tool for a little stress testing action.......

I use ATITools to scan for artifacts while using RivaTuner to change the clocks. From what I've seen either program's changes are reflected in the other. Just don't use the autoclock feature and manually mess with the clocks at the same time. You might screw it up.
