what would you do?

If you worked for family owned business and the owner boss daughter worked there also would you date her?

On one side it could be pretty good/cool and the other side it could be pretty bad. What would you do?

Dating someone you work with rarely if ever ends up being a good idea. If she is hot it might be worth it, all depends on how much you like or need the job.
