OSLO, Norway - A police bomb squad raced across Norway by helicopter Thursday to investigate a mysterious, wired package that turned out to be a discarded Halloween prop left behind by a young man who had dressed up as a suicide bomber.

I mean suicide bomber is a clever/current event type costume IDEA.
BUT think ahead, if really well made you could become "fair game" for any cop or well meaning citizen.
and then to leave it on a car? Ha Ha ha
don't cops have enough to do right now without some dumbass pulling something like this
