QFT!!!
You dont want to be doing that. Uploading speeds are usually constrained by most home broadband suppliers. And if the upload hiccups in mid transmit... you are screwed.
Save yourself the headache, if you dont have the ability to create an FTP server at home (and even if you do, your firned will be constrained by your upload speed), then just burn them and ship them.

anyone know why that is? I get 4mbps down and like 300kbps up.
