OK, as most of you know I have a buddy that is over in Iraq (well Kuwait) He sent me this picture, and this note.....

In the truth is stranger than fiction category. I am NOT kidding. This is a Polish Armored Truck, currently in Kuwait at the base camp where I am normally working out of, but scheduled to move north into Iraq within the next 2 weeks. I would assume that the driver bails out and jumps in the back in case of attack.

Wouldn't it be just as easy to weld in some 1/4" thick steel plates?

They probably didn't even use tape! Just draped them over and plopped those sides on top.
