Need Help IDing some Kingston DDR Chips

I have a 2GB kit of Kingston PC3200... Part KHX3200K2/2G.

I am trying to ID the chips without tearing the spreaders off. Extreme Systems isn't loading well for me, so I was hoping to enlist some help IDing them.
