Anyone have any bad experiences with Amazon.com?

Looking around for a new pair of speakers and I found the same pair from newegg about 25$ cheaper on amazon.com. I've had lots of experience with newegg to know that I'll get great service. What should I expect from amazon?

And here are the speakers if you'd like to critique

I order all the time through Amazon because I get lots of gift certificates through my work from there. Never had any issues, really fast shipping, and delivery. Usually if I order on Friday, I"ll have my order on Tuesday with their free shipping.

My item doesnt qualify for free shipping, Im pissed. It's going to be another 25$ through amazon.

That makes total amazon cost $105
and total newegg cost is $120

Sad

Maybe I can find them locally and forget the shipping

Not entirely correct, there Hax...I price matched something at Sears once that I got a price from Amazon for.
