Need to help a friend put a system together, and I don't know much about Intel chipsets... Will these work ok?

Ram she has is DDR 333

Anything cheaper would be helpful, she's on a REALLY tight budget Sad

Looks like a go to me... But, the DDR will be a bottleneck! PC3200 would be the best bet.

Yea, don't have any 3200 laying around she can have. But she needs something her currect MB's agp slot seems to be going flaky....

GeForce 3 runs perfectly fine
GeForce 4400 ran perfectly fine for 6 months, now it freezes up during game. First thought, video card bad. Got new card, GeForce 6600, does same thing.
Reformat Computer, no change.
PS only 300w, put in 500w, no change.
Tried new RAM, no change.
Only thing left to try is MB/Proc Sad
