How wdo you reset the memory of a aRchos Video Av320?

I took out all the file to put them in my destop

I try to put them back and say unsuffient memory

but it there is enough memory

I just wanted to know how u reseted the memory 4 this Smile

So it could be clean

While it's connected to your computer, run Checkdisk and Error Checking utilities on it.

Did you format the AV320? Or just remove the files, then put them back?

welli have a power book g4

I plug the wire in the the laptop and took all the files and made a copy to my desktop i accedently deleted the files but i have a copy of it
but when i put it back it say unsufficent memory i ket doing it until it had 8mb

So i wanted to formated or erase everything so it could have 20gb just like how i bought it and just put back the old file in and keep it the same

Ok, Probably should connect it to your computer, then format it. No idea what you have to do on a Mac to do that, I'm sure you know how to do that though.

Once you format it, before you disconnect from the computer, place this file into the root of the drive:

http://www.archos.com/download/firmware/CJBM.AJZ

Then disconnect it from your computer, and shut it down. When you turn it back on, it should find the .AJZ file, and reset the OS on it.
