Noctua has been one of the top picks when it comes to air coolers. Their over-sized air coolers provide great cooling and are actually pretty easy to install as well. A little while ago we took a look at their NH-L12 CPU Cooler, which was a smaller low-profile cooler. I really did not think I would see a smaller cooler than that from Noctua, but they recently released the NH-L9i which is only 37mm high and should be the perfect fit for your small form factor system.
