Anyone know how to make dual desktops in different monitors in Vista with an ATi (3870) card?

No, I'm hoping to more than extend the desktop. I was hoping for 2 desktops on 2 monitors, like you can do under Linux (I think).

Laughing

So, you don't just want two monitors spanning one desktop? I know what you mean in Linux, but until now I guess I have only seen that in Linux, or with third party software in Windows.

Just did some Googling and saw two things:

Third Party: http://www.codeplex.com/vdm

From MS: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/cc817881.aspx

Like those?

Maybe... look a lot like what Hydravision from ATi does. I might have to play with things a little more and see how to get it figured out.
