It's getting harder and harder to not buy more storage for my rig :-)

Hard to pass up a hdd upgrade when you get 10x+ the storage for a slightly lower price than what you originally paid Razz

How much storage does everyone else here have in their main desktop? I'm up to a total of 320gigs at the moment, but lots of my buddies are running several terabyte systems Yikes

1.7TB, but not in a very good configuration. Was supposed to be temporary, but 9 months later I haven't fixed it... 200GB SATA 150 drive with the OS and programs on it... 2x 750GB SATA 300 drives in RAID 0 with files. Laughing That 200GB drive is so old and slow.

(2) Seagate 160gb 7200rpm SATA in RAID 0, partitioned into 4 drives. I think with OS, games, appz and saved files I'm at 45gb used.

No matter how much I try, I cant seem to need more than 60gb of space.

In one of my machines I have:
1 320GB (OS/Programs)
5 500GB all storage (and all about 90% full right now).

Planning on upgrading to 1.5TB drives soon...

The other machine has:
2 320GB (Raid 0 - OS/Programs)
2 400GB (Raid 0 - Games)

Sadly that doesn't include all the external drives I have (3 500GB Seagates, 2 500GB WD, 3 400GB Drives using TT BlacX)

I have way too much stuff LOL
