If anybody has old cell phones with chargers they no longer need please consider donating them to ME Smile

Actually not to me but to the Neighborhood Crime Watch I've organized. This Neighborhood Crime Watch is at a low income housing project were half the volunteers do not have phones. The cell phones can be used to make 911 calls when necessary. Most of the people I've asked already have turned their old cells into recycling programs. If anyone can help out I would appreciate it and be glad to pay shipping. Send me a pm if you can help Smile

There is a bin of maybe 20 cell phones at work that get recycled every year or so. Let me see if I can get them for you and which ones have chargers. If there are not enough chargers for each phone, is that a problem?

I need to make sure they have batteries and will charge.

It's no problem if there are not enough chargers. They can stay in my office and be charged during the day. It's after 8pm when the drug dealers and crackheads come out.

There are a lot of good people living in that particular project ... they are just afraid to come out at night. With the local police, brave tenants, and kind people like yourself this will change Smile
