I'm getting 3 or more different languages displayed when I attempt to edit my GPOs. See the image for an example. Is there a way to fix this? I have no idea how it got like this....

I think the server got confused while talking to the domain controllers in germany, asia and elsewhere. I don't think it's a virus or other corruption.
