One would guess you won't be gaming and that this is for business use (or similar, low res 2D apps). If so, sure, pop a pair of PCI video cards in or get a card capable of driving 2 monitors. Those cards usually have a Y cable. I know a couple of our old Compaq boxes have those cards.

I just built a new computer and I have an eVGA GeForce 7900Gt I think it is, and it has 2 digital outputs. I convert both to analog (I think this is what's going on) and have one plugged into my LCD and one into my CRV and it works fine. The Nvidia drivers are kinda a pain to get to do what I want but I have dual display working great (Playing a game in a window in 1 screen with winamp playing some video full screen in the other. You can of course drag stuff between the two and it works great. The only problem I have is sometimes the dual view option doesn't show up and i have to restart or something, and I can't play winamp video w/ WoW or WC3 full screen, I have to window em but I've gotten used to that. And if you get 2 video cards I'm sure the performance would be better and u'd probably have fewer problems.
