i changed the power supply to my other BFG 500W PSU, the problem still there,... now trying to check the temp. and the CPU heatsink...

Thanks guys,..
I think i fixed it,..what i did is i bought a new P4 cooler (Cooler Master Jet 4),. reapply the thermal paste (AS5). so far i don't have any restart "yet" ..hehe
It has been running for 4 days now,.. hope it's really fix,..
