Hello !
Does Zalman fannless ZM80D-HP VGA cooler fit ati radeon 9800 pro AIW? It fits all ATI9xxx but does the All-in-Wonder make a difference?
Doesnt say anything in tha manufacturers page... Im just wondering because the AIW has the TV-(whatdoyoucallit-init)
Anyone any experience on this matter?

Hi thuga101, welcome.
I have no solid information, but my guess would be that the tuner mechanism and different position of the GPU might cause an issue.
That said, I did see this thread where a guy claims to be running your planned setup already:
