Question: If my starting QB gets injured in the middle of the game, does it take that into account when determining points? Does it then look at half of how my 1st string QB does and half of the 2nd string? _________________ " I reject your reality and substitute my own!" - Adam Savage - Mythbusters

Nope... Even if you start a QB and he doesn't actually play, you just get a goose egg. So, same goes for injury... once you pick a QB and he is locked in on your roster, that is it. He could take one snap and quit and that is all you will get credit.
So, if you think your player won't play, even questionable, pick someone else. Once the game starts, you can not change your roster.
