wasnt good...i usually kept it around 2.4 to paly games and such...but me and spork always tried to egt up to 2.6 and never could on air cooling...

LMAO so the truth comes out now. If 2.4 is as fast as it would play games and such stable then I would say that is as high as you successfully over clocked it. Nothing wrong with that for an over clock, that is as far as I have pushed my 2400+

Here are more details on my Overclock
AMD nForce 2 DFI Ultra 400

AMD Athlon Mobile 2400+ voltage at 1.712

Core speed: 2400MHz
Multiplier: X10.0
FSB: 240
Bus Speed: 480

2x 512MB sticks of Corsair XMS pc3200

Memory Timings:
- CAS# 2.5
- RAS to CAS 3
- RAS precharge 3
- Cycle Time 6

I'm always looking for ways to further improve... Chips not getting very hot either... so I could give it more!!!

I had, before my computer hosed itself, my 2500 Barton (1867 operating frequency) operating at 2267...I was pretty happy with that.
