No, not that!!! I have a problem with opening new windows. When I click on a link, the window pops up at half size. Tried maximizing it before closing it out, stretching it, everything I can think of. Any suggestions?

I have had that problem with IE for a long time and never found a solution that works on all systems. My solution has been to use FireFox . One solution that has worked on some systems for me is to open a window in IE and maximize it. Then open a second window and maximize it also. Then close the first window and then the second one. That woks on my kids system until they undo it by closing the last IE window when it is minimized. Nothing seems to fix the bug on my system.

or you can
OPEN window>resize it(drag to the size you want)>refresh (F5)>maximize it>refresh again> restore it (maximize button)> close it.
the next time you open a second window it will be the size you set. (unless it's properties set a certain size)
If you always want the new window to open maximized after doing the above, next time you open Mximze>.Refresh> Close
Once you know what to do, it's very fast.
