Best return place I have done. Wally-world (walmart). Items under $40 don't need receipt, will give you store credit.

Worst place I have ever had to return would be tiger-direct. I purchased a new WD 80GB HD. They sent me a refurbished hard drive flopping around in a box with no packing material, that didnt even work. I wander why it didn't work. I spent 3 weeks trying to get them to take it back and issue me a damn rma.

Thats when I got pissed got the manager i was speaking to's name. Managed to track down his home phone. Set up a war dialer in a local hospital to call non stop 24-hours a day for 3 days before someone found the machine. He hung up with me on the phone in the middle of a conversation. So i called back after 2 hours managed to get him on phone again and he hung up on me.

CC has been a pain every time I've gone there

Costco is just plain awsome, never had any problems with them
