I heard something about Gray Davis has already set up the California Houses (predominatly DAMNacrates) to basicly sabotage all of his efforts to make changes.

Very possible... However I think Arnold being the star he is, will take those that do that too him to the public. I'm willing to bet he will attempt to shame them into working with him. 
The one thing too keep in mind about Arnold is.... This is as high as he can go (he's not a natively born US Citizen so he can't run for President). He can not be any higher elected official than a State Governor, specially of the largest state in the Union. So his long term political goal can not be more than 11 yrs, or 2 elections. |
